We ship products everywhere in Canada via Canpar. Deliveries only use ground shipping or C.O.D. services. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.


Freight charges are based on destination, weight and size of the products purchased. Shipping costs include shipping and handling. Additional charges may apply when shipping to rural areas. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless there is an error on our part in the delivery. Shipping costs may vary without warning.

Processing and Delivery timescales:

Our warehouse team works hard to have orders ready for shipping in approximately 2-3 business days. If you wish to increase your order after it has been submitted, this may result in a delay. Please note, all orders are processed in the order they are received.

Delivery timescales vary for each order and is based on the type of delivery selected and the destination. Delivery time through Canpar for most major cities is 2-5 working days. Canpar will ensure that all orders are delivered as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delay and we accept no liability for delays in delivery caused by Canpar or other ground courier services.

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, please inform and sales representative within 72 hours after delivery. Failing to report damaged or defective products may result in voiding all return policies and warranties.

IMPOTANT NOTE: We are unable to guarantee product availability at the time of purchase or for future purchases. If the item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
